Solutions Xpertics inc. is a "niche" Information Technology company specialized in implementing best practices in the area of IT Security, Risk Analysis, operational and organizational control objectives, IT auditing, IT governance and assurance. We have a strong experience in access control technology and processes including RBAC (Role Based Access Control), Role Mining and Idm (Identity Management) Solutions.
Solutions Xpertics inc. is a consulting company offering several IT security services for helping organisations to achieve IT security objectives. We are specialized in implementing security programs and protecting informational assets in general.
Our core delivery team are managed by three main associate partners, M. Mustapha Benmahbous, M. Jean François Oligny and M. Yves Verrette. The Core team is supported by a Delivery and Quality Manager. Mrs Souad Rouabah.
M. Mustapha Benmahbous, CEO and founder of the company detains a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Université d'Aix-Marseille III, France. He has earned more than 19 years of practical experience in several IT areas in both consulting services and academic researches. He is a recognized expert in the area of IT auditing, security, risk assessment and compliance. He has a strong experience with Oracle e-Business suite Security and IT and Security Architecture.
He worked from 1999 to 2007 with DMR-Fujitsu Consulting in Québec, Canada. He is in charge of the course of Protecting Informational Assets at the University de Sherbrooke, Canada. He was teaching the Cobit Introduction Course at the ISACA Quebec City Chapter since 2004. He is involved as an expert reviewer and a translator of several publications of ISACA/ITGI about CISA Educational Material, Cobit Mapping to ISO17799, Oracle's ERP E-Business suite Audit and Security.
M. Jean-François Oligny Joined Xpertics Solutions in 2009 as an
Associate Partner. M. Oligny is a Chartred Accountant specialized in
information technologies (CA•IT), has more than 20 years experience and a strong background in IT
Governance, Risk Management, Internal Control and Compliance as well
as ERP Implementation.
Mr. Jean-François Oligny is a Chartered Accountant specialized in
Information Technology (CA·IT)
and detains a Masters degree in Information Systems (M.Sc.). He has
more than twenty years experience in the development and
implementation of integrated systems (ERP), namely regarding
financial and procurement solutions. His involvement has been mainly
as representative of Finance management on these projects, most of
which were of international scope. He has developed a strong
experience in the architecture of business solutions, process
reengineering, as well as in the implementation of application and
operational controls.
For the last five years, Mr. Oligny has been involved mainly in the
implementation and sustainability of internal controls according to
the COSO Framework for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Bill 198, as well as
the Quebec Bill for the Protection of Personal and Confidential
Information (PRPC).
Mr. Oligny is co-author of a white paper published by the Canadian
Institute of Chartered Accountants titled
«The
Role of IT in Ensuring Sustained CEO/CFO certification». He has
also teached part-time at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales
(HÉC) and the Université du Québec (UQAM) at the Bachelor and Master
levels. His teaching covered namely Advanced Accounting
(consolidation / foreign exchange), Internal Controls and Business
Strategy & Information Systems.
